Lukas Geronimas and David Horvitz

Artists Lukas Geronimas and David Horvitz have created a touring game-cum-performance entitled The Box Game, in which YOU decide "What's in the Box?"

For the participants the rules are simple: Write on the official paper ballot what you think is in the box. Then take your ballot and place it in the box. Every decision is a guess that counts as a vote that will elect what will be in the box. There are no bad or 'wrong' guesses.

Answers received during The Box Game's North American tour will be compiled and analyzed during a residency at the Madiman Arts Interaction Center in New Haven, CT. In conjunction with Yale faculty and data analysis software the artists will parlay the guesses from the game into the most desired object. All players who provide contact information will receive a gift during the concluding exhibition of The Box Game.
