Golden Age is pleased to announce our newest publication, Cries and Whispers from the Salt Song Trail: A Reinterpretive Journey by Derek Chan.

Cries and Whispers explores the poetic nature of the Four Corners region in the Southwest. The ink drawings collected in the book are a response and interpretation to myth, politics and the landscape surrounding the Hopi Mesas, Navajo Territory, Black Mesa and Canyon De Chelly. Cries and Whispers is published on the occasion of the exhibition Derek Chan: A Way of Life at the Museum of Contemporary Art Chicago (November 6 – 28, 2010).
