On this self-titled debut, Silk Flowers play rough-textured, electronic pop that sounds like it was pressed from a worn out cassette. A percolating grid of swelling, anthemic keyboards, analog-heaven tap echo, crackling, sometimes dub-like rhythms, and carefully counterbalanced vocals.
